How Nexus Arc LLC handles essential site data, optional analytics, contact submissions, affiliate links, and visitor privacy choices on NexusArc.

Who operates NexusArc
NexusArc is operated by Nexus Arc LLC. This policy explains the information processed when you use nxarc.net.
Information processed automatically
The hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals. This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and protect the service.
Essential storage
NexusArc may store essential preferences in your browser, including your privacy choice and interface settings. Essential storage is used to remember a choice or provide a feature you requested.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is disabled unless a valid production measurement ID is configured and you choose to allow analytics. When enabled with consent, analytics may collect page views, device and browser information, approximate location derived by the provider, and interaction events such as search or section selections. You may change your choice through the Privacy choices control in the footer.
Advertising
NexusArc does not currently run display advertising. If advertising is introduced later, this policy and the consent interface will be updated before advertising technology is activated.
Affiliate links
Some links may be affiliate links. A partner may record that you arrived through NexusArc and may pay Nexus Arc LLC a commission if you complete a qualifying action. Affiliate links do not change the price you pay. Affiliate redirect routes are excluded from search indexing.
Contact submissions
If you send a message through the contact form, Nexus Arc LLC processes the information you provide, such as your name, email address, subject, and message, to respond and maintain a reasonable record of the communication. Do not submit passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive data.
Third-party services
NexusArc may use Cloudflare for hosting, security, and form protection; Google Analytics only after consent and configuration; and affiliate merchants when you choose to follow an affiliate link. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention
Technical security records are retained only as needed for operations and abuse prevention. Contact records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, meet recordkeeping needs, or resolve disputes. Browser privacy preferences remain until you clear them or change your choice.
Your choices
You may decline optional analytics, withdraw analytics consent, avoid affiliate links, and request information about a contact submission through the contact page. Browser controls may also remove locally stored preferences.
Children
NexusArc is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly request personal information from children.
Changes
This policy may change when site features or providers change. Material updates will receive a new effective date.
